The Emirati Club at University of Dubai (UD) organized today, December 1, 2014, a parade celebrating the 43rd UAE National Day. The parade began at 9:00 am at the UD building and proceeded until the Dubai Chamber in Deira. Dr. Eesa Al Bastaki, president of UD, lead the parade alongside cheering faculty members, employees, and students. A traditional band sang national songs throughout the parade which was escorted by Dubai Police. After their arrival at the Dubai Chamber, a delegation from Dubai Chamber welcomed the participants and accompanied them to the celebration site. A variety of activities took place there including the Falcon Show, Classic Car Show, Photo Studio, Contests & Prizes and Hennah Drawing.
