The Department of Students Services organized on Thursday, February 5, 2015, an Orientation Day for new students. The day started with a presentation about the student support units, followed by Q&A session. A raffle draw and pizza time concluded the event which is designed to introduce new students to their classmates, staff, and faculty members. The event is also designed to familiarize the new students with the UD campus and the city of Dubai. The Orientation Day explained the registration process, academic expectations, advising extra-curricular activities and services.
