Eight students and one faculty member from the University of Dubai (UD) attended on October 4th, 2016 at Dubai Future Accelerators the showcase of ideas prepared and presented by the ìDubai Hyperloopî competitors in front of a panel of expertise. The panel selected the best innovative idea for building an advanced, high-speed ìHyperloopî transportation system to be implemented by Expo 2020. Competitors showcased their unique ideas of constructing a train that travels between Dubai and Fujairah within 10 minutes. To involve students with real-life projects, UD introduced its students to the future technological innovations through this visit.
