To help the UAE faculty take their teaching of Innovation & Entrepreneurship to the next level, the University of Dubai (UD) hosted the ìTeaching and Learning Studio Workshopî from April 24th ñ 27th, 2017. The main objective of this workshop is to advance education sector in the UAE by applying design thinking and facilitating learning experiences. During the workshop, which provides a platform for faculty members to share their teaching experience, a cohort of teachers presented their progress on the High Impact Projects (HIP) framed in January 2017 and highlighted the disadvantages of current education systems in the region.
