In conjunction with the World Labor Day, May 1st the University of Dubai Celebrated the ìWorld Labor Dayî in the presence of Dr. Eesa Bastki, the President of the University of Dubai, UD staff and faculty members in addition to members of the Student Union. The celebration started with a speech by Dr. Al Bastaki congratulating UD workers for their exceptional efforts and great support for UD community . A raffle draw on 5 Omraa presented by the Student and Alumni Affairs Department along with giveaways by UD and flowers by the Student Union. The event ended with cake cutting celebrating the World Labor Day.
